I. Fulfillment & Transit Times

  • Handling Period: Our team typically prepares and dispatches orders within 24 to 48 hours (business days only).

  • Arrival Window: Most in-stock items reach their destination within 4 to 8 business days after leaving our facility.

  • Real-time Monitoring: A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately upon shipment. You can also view live updates through your customer dashboard.

II. Our Delivery Partners

We utilize a network of reliable carriers to match the specific needs of your purchase, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and specialized LTL freight for oversized furniture.

III. Scheduled Freight Delivery (Large Items)

For substantial items like sofas or dining tables, we provide a personalized delivery experience:

  • Coordination Call: The carrier will reach out to you via phone 1-2 days before arrival to confirm a delivery window that fits your schedule.

  • Standard Hours: Deliveries are conducted Monday through Friday, generally within a 4-hour designated block.

  • Accessibility Check: Please notify us of any logistical hurdles (e.g., narrow roads, gated communities, or island access) to prevent delivery delays or additional handling fees.

IV. Direct Courier Service (Small Decor)

Smaller essentials such as lighting, textiles, and home accents are sent via standard courier.

  • Effortless Arrival: These packages do not require a signature or a pre-set appointment.

  • Safe Placement: If you aren't home, the driver will secure the item at your primary entrance or porch.

V. Managing Delivery Exceptions

To maintain our free shipping service, we kindly ask for your cooperation in avoiding the following:

  • Storage Protocols: Please finalize your delivery appointment within 5 days of the initial carrier contact to avoid a $15.00/day holding fee.

  • Redelivery Policy: If a scheduled appointment is missed, a $65.00 flat fee will be charged to cover the carrier's additional route costs.

Handling Damaged Shipments

While we use industrial-grade protective packaging, accidents can happen.

  1. Immediate Inspection: Examine your items upon receipt.

  2. 24-Hour Reporting: Email sales@FVNLYXQ.com or call (657) 666-0607 within one day of arrival if you detect defects.

  3. Freight Refusal: For visible severe damage on large items, please reject the shipment and note "Refused Due to Damage" on the carrier's paperwork.

  4. Documentation: Keep all original crates and boxes until the claim is resolved.

Assembly & Setup

Our current delivery model is "threshold only" and does not include indoor assembly. However, every product includes a complete toolkit and simplified instructions. Our technical support team is available to guide you through any complex setups within one business day.
