Original Packaging: All items must include their original tags and be returned in their original packaging.

Authorized Returns Only: We cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.

4. Refund Time

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banking Delays: Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

"Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on all returns."

2.For defective products or incorrect items, the return shipping is free. For customer remorse (e.g., wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for a return shipping fee of 30$
