4. Handling Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please examine your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you discover that an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at sales@fvnlyxq.com right away. We will prioritize your case to arrange a swift replacement or correction.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to health, safety, and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Consumables: Perishable items such as plants or food.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or beauty products involving personal care.

  • Final Sale: Items purchased during clearance events or via gift cards are non-returnable.

6. European Union "Cooling Off" Rights

For our customers within the European Union, you possess a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements (original packaging and unused state) apply to these returns.

7. Exchange Process
